By inviting Pepper AI to your Discord server you agree to the following terms of service.

1. Data Collection

1.1 Pepper AI does not collect any data from your server or its members.

2. Minimum Age

2.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use Pepper AI.

3. Prompting

3.1 You cannot use Pepper AI to generate NSFW / Racist images.

4. Image Copyright

4.1 The image you generated does not belong to Pepper AI. You are free to use it as you wish.

4.2 You cannot use Pepper AI to generate images for commercial use.

5. Bot Abuse

5.1 You cannot use Pepper AI to spam your server.

5.2 You cannot use Pepper AI to spam other servers.

5.3 You cannot use Pepper AI to spam other users.
